At Yan Furniture, every piece begins with your idea — your dimensions, your fabric, your lifestyle. We handle everything from consultation to delivery and installation. Here's exactly what to expect.
Step 1 — Browse & Inquire
Explore our collections for inspiration. When you're ready, tap "Get a Quote on WhatsApp" on any product — or message us directly. There's no commitment and no obligation.
Step 2 — We Consult You
We respond within 2-4 hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm). We'll discuss your space, dimensions, fabric and colour preferences. We can also arrange a site visit if needed.
Step 3 — You Receive a Quote
We send a clear, itemized quotation within 48 hours. Once you're happy and pay the 50% deposit, production begins immediately.
Step 4 — Expert Craftsmanship
Your piece is handcrafted by skilled professionals. We send you a progress photo at the midpoint. You're welcome to visit the factory at any time.
Step 5 — Delivery & Installation
We deliver and install your completed piece across Dubai — typically 7–10 working days from deposit. The remaining 50% balance is collected on delivery.
Step 6 — You Love It
We don't consider a project complete until you're completely satisfied. That's our promise on every single order.
