Refund policy

Custom-made orders

All Yan Furniture pieces are made to order and custom-crafted to your individual specifications. Because each piece is unique to your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom-made items.

 

Order cancellations

•       Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of deposit payment and before production has begun.

•       If cancelled within 24 hours: full deposit refunded within 5–7 business days.

•       If cancelled after production has begun: the deposit is non-refundable as materials and labour costs have been committed.

•       To cancel an order please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at hello@yanfurniture.com.

 

Defects and quality issues

•       If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during delivery, please photograph and report it within 48 hours of delivery.

•       We will repair or remake any piece found to have a manufacturing defect at no additional cost.

•       Please note that natural fabric characteristics (slight variation in texture, pile direction in velvet) are not considered defects.

 

Changes to your order

•       Changes to dimensions, fabric or colour can be accommodated if requested before production begins.

•       Changes requested after production has started may incur an additional charge.
