Terms of service

1. Custom-made nature of products

All products offered by Yan Furniture are custom-made to order based on specifications provided by the customer. By submitting a quote request and confirming an order, you acknowledge that the product will be manufactured to your specified requirements and cannot be returned except in the case of manufacturing defect.

 

2. Quotations

All prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Yan Furniture reserves the right to revise pricing after this period due to material cost changes.

 

3. Deposit and payment

A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Yan Furniture retains ownership of all goods until payment is received in full.

 

4. Production timeline

The stated production timeline of 7–10 working days is an estimate. Yan Furniture will communicate any delays promptly. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

 

5. Accuracy of order information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all dimensions and specifications provided. Yan Furniture will manufacture to the specifications confirmed in writing. Any changes after production has begun may incur additional charges.

 

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
